Just a note to thank you for the way in which the 3 events were conducted over the past 2 weekends.
We live in John Adamson Drive in Roosevelt Park and were not affected by the 3 events, at all.
Usually, in the past, there would be traffic, noise, intoxicated people, property damage and litter in our street and in front of our house. Noise from the venue and nowhere to escape from it, not even in one’s own home.
The problem would become so bad that in the past, we would rather leave our house and would worry the whole day of what we would find afterwards.
Not this time. Thanks for the letter informing us of the 3 events and the good idea to host them all in a short span of time.
Thanks for the acoustic engineers’ number and your cell phone number if we would have needed it during the event.
Thanks for managing the parking in the area.
You held all your promises.
I hope you get the events in the future and that you will manage it just as excellent as these 3.

I wanted to say a BIG Thank You to all involved in Monster Jam 2019.
Take a bow, all of you contributed immensely to an extremely pleasurable and successful event. It was 3 weeks, 3 cities, 140 000 ecstatic fans.
We never knew what we were in for and all of you handled the pressure with professionalism and integrity. The Internationals were blown away by the competency of you guys and I am equally grateful for you guys on how this was managed.

Just a quick mail to touch base after
Corona Sunset Festival JHB.
Firstly a huge congrats to your team, such a fantastic event put together with lots of love and hard work. Long days and nights and everything done to the best of their ability.
Margs, Maria, Jeremy and Willem (Danny, for the last three days) you guys are amazing to watch operate, so good at what you do and so professional, i learnt so much from you all, no problem too big, just take it all in your stride, make it happen.
The CPF president who deals closely with all the security companies and SAPS, called me on Monday morning to congratulate the team who put the event together, she drove past twice to see whether all was in order and could only sing your praises. She spoke about the flow of traffic , how controlled it was and the amount of security around the cars, she also noticed the emergency exits and overflow parking. WELL DONE.
Shaun, thank you for giving us the opportunity to showcase our very special space, for putting up with our teething problems and bringing such a great team to take care of the venue, look forward to many years working together.
All in all such a great bunch of people to work alongside with, sorry if I left anyone out.
The grounds are clean and we have given the go ahead for the cleaners to leave the premise.
Guys thank you again! WHAT a special week with you all. WELL DONE WELL DONE WELL DONE.
